Soluziona O&M has been awarded a 5 year Operations and Maintenance Management
Contract by Rabigh Arabian Water and Electricity Company (RAWEC) for  their fuel-oil fired
cogeneration facility to be constructed within the Rabigh Petrochemical Complex on the Red Sea
coast of Saudi Arabia approximately 100km north of Jeddah. 

RAWEC is the project company formed by Marubeni, Itochu, JGC, and ACWA.The Plant will
generate approximately 400 MW from 9 boilers and 5 steam turbines and in addition supply significant
quantities of water and steam to the Petrochemical Complex (5,500 T/Hr of water from 20
desalination trains and 1,230T/Hr of steam at various pressures). 

The RAWEC facility is currently being constructed on a turnkey basis by Mitsubishi Heavy
Industries and is scheduled for commercial operation in the summer of 2008.This represents an important
milestone for Soluziona O&M not only within its Middle East strategy where it hopes to secure additional
contracts within the year but specifically within Saudi Arabia where growth potential makes this one of the
